Sales Development Representative - Lead Generation Responsibilities

The Sales Development Representative-Lead Generation Specialist is focused on new business to business account development for the Closed-Door Pharmacy, Tele-Monitoring and Behavioral Health Divisions. The Sales Development Representative is responsible for the development, implementation, tracking and optimization generation campaigns across various channels. This position will apply a deep understanding of our services, target audience and digital marketing best practices to generate qualified leads for our business development team. Responsibilities include prospecting, cold calling, qualifying, setting appointments with prospects, presenting programs and meeting a sales quota. This role requires ongoing communication with key leadership as these lines of business are all growing rapidly. Ongoing adjustments to the sales process are to be expected. The position is responsible for establishing and remaining strong customer relationships within existing clients. This position is responsible for providing an open channel of communication at multiple levels. Encourage customer loyalty, complete quotes, informational training and close sales while functioning as a liaison between the customer and the operational staff. The position is responsible for promoting, supporting, training, & educating our clients while maintaining a professional relationship.

Essential Job Responsibilities

  • Apply new and creative strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement and lead generation.
  • Development, manage, and maintain the company sales database (CRM).
  • Devise and execute web, SEO/SEM, direct marketing, email, social media and display advertising campaigns to reach our target audiences and generate interest in our services.
  • Research and identify relevant content topics based on current industry trends and an understanding of our target audience.
  • Determine the appropriate content format for topics (blog article, white paper, infographic, etc), develop content outlines, and coordinate content development activities.
  • Identify trends and insights, and improve campaign performance based on the insights.
  • Manage and enhance our social media presence.
  • Measure and report campaign performance against defined metrics and targets.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop and deploy landing pages, ads, and marketing collateral.
  • Conduct and measure experiments and conversion tests.
  • Maintain the SpringHealth Behavioral Health, Pharmacy Alternatives, and Rest Assured company websites.
  • Adhere to and enhance SpringHealth, Pharmacy Alternatives, and Rest Assured branding.
  • Stay up to date on digital marketing trends and best practices.
  • Exhibit company values and positively contribute to the company culture.
  • Perform various other tasks as assigned by management.

Specific Requirements

Qualifications / Education

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent is preferred.
  • Experience developing and managing SEO/SEM, direct marketing, email, social and display advertising campaigns.
  • Ability to develop and maintain a deep understanding of company offerings and branding.
  • Ability to develop and maintain a thorough understanding of the personas, challenges, and opportunities of our target audiences through the buyer’s journey.
  • Demonstrable experience identifying with and effectively marketing to target audiences.
  • Experience optimizing landing pages and user funnels.
  • Experience with A/B and multivariate experiments.
  • Solid knowledge of Google Analytics and/or other website analysis tools. Ability to derive actionable insights from such tools.
  • Experience in setting up and optimizing Google Adwords campaigns.
  • Working knowledge of WordPress, HTML, CSS and JavaScript development and constraints preferred but not required.
  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking.
  • Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Exceptional organizational, follow up, and collaboration skills are a must.
  • Exceptional business maturity and entrepreneurial attitude are required.
  • Knowledge in Microsoft Office applications (including Outlook, Word, Excel, Powerpoint and Inter/Intranet) and Contact Management Systems required.
