Associate Compensation Analyst Responsibilities
  • Providing proactive administrative and analytical support to the Compensation team, including running reports
  • Monitoring and appropriately directing requests via the Compensation mailbox.
  • Managing tracking and progress reporting of all compensation projects and initiatives.
  • Participating in development and administration of compensation system, including testing, ad hoc trouble shooting, data governance and other required tasks.
  • Providing support in data analytics and ad hoc reporting. Conducting summary analyses in MS Excel at an intermediate level, including pivot tables, comparative analysis, v-lookups and variety of functions.
  • Assisting in the development of communications and/or training materials, where applicable
  • Creating, updating, and organizing job descriptions
  • Learning the fundamentals of market pricing, salary administration and other basic compensation functions.
  • Assist with administering incentive plans and salary planning initiatives
  • Staying updated and informing the team about governmental regulations regarding pay and employment, such as FLSA and minimum wage laws.
  • Providing assistance and support for various projects and programs.
  • Other duties as Assigned

Specific Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree or higher required.
  • One to three years of professional work experience, experience in HR or Compensation and Benefits department preferred.
  • Interest in a career in Compensation or general HR.
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills to perform data analysis etc., with technical experience in MS Excel and PowerPoint.
