As a(n) Career Technical Skills Training Coordinator (CTST) you will: 

  • Oversees work experience activities for students in coordination with vocational instructors and the Center Industry Council to include assistance with job application and interview process, student/site evaluations and job exiting process.
  • Conduct job development for both work base learning sites and permanent job positions for students completing the program.
  • Position Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree and two years related experience in coordinating training.
  • Valid driver's license.
  • Additional Information

    EDUCATION: Industry recognized credentials in construction related field and two years' experience managing construction projects.Work with Career Technical Training Instructors to develop an Annual CTST Plan. Plan includes detailed descriptions of projects to be completed by trainees along with material lists and budgets. Work closely with Safety Coordinator to ensure all safety measures are in place and followed. Ensure supplies and materials are ordered in a timely manner to ensure projects progress on schedule.
