As a(n) Deputy Project Director - WFS you will: 

  • The Deputy Director will have overall responsibility for overseeing the organization’s performance.
  • The position will serve as a member of the agency leadership team. He/she will develop and implement strategies to incorporate a focus on performance objectives in the daily operations of organizational staff.
  • Position Requirements

  • Master’s Degree in Public Administration, Social Work, or a similar field preferred.
  • Seven years of senior level management level experience, related to human services in the for-profit, non-profit, quasi-governmental and/or government sectors preferred. Familiarity with State programs is helpful.
  • Good organizational and long-range planning skills with the ability to multitask. Excellent interpersonal, presentation, and leadership skills
