As a(n) Evening Specialist you will: 

  • Plans, implements and oversees activity schedules.
  • Maintains records of expenditures in an organized manner.
  • Submits proper documentation for payments timely.
  • Trains, supervises and evaluates staff.
  • Plans and oversees activities in the community outings.
  • Demonstrates professionalism at all times.
  • Follows policies and procedures.
  • Provides oversight of vehicles/transportation/two way communications.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Position Requirements

Must possess

  • a High School Diploma/GED
  • Valid Drivers License (no SR22)
  • 3 years experience

Position Summary: Organize and promote activities and/or programs, taking into account the needs and interests of individual trainees. Develop and implement activities and/or programs that contribute to trainee success. Provides visible presence to ensure continuous quality related to evening operations. Job Functions: Enforce rules and regulations to maintain discipline and ensure safety.Organize, lead, and promote interest in social, educational and recreational activities. Assess the needs and interests of trainees and plan activities accordingly.Conduct or participate in various activities designed to promote the intellectual, social, and physical welfare of trainees.Observe trainees to evaluate performance and recommend changes that could strengthen personal and educational skillsResponsible for other reasonable, related duties as assigned.
