As a(n) Manager, Revenue Cycle Acquisitions you will: 

The Manager of Revenue Cycle Acquisitions works with individuals across our divisions, primarily providing due diligence support and integration activities for transactions (acquisitions, joint ventures, divestitures, de novos) and key strategic/business developmental projects in a fast-paced work environment.

Essential Responsibilities/Job Duties

  •  Analyzes appropriate due diligence check list items as provided and prepares an analysis for senior management and associated project team members
  • Works with other departments and divisions on diligence of potential acquisitions
  • Assists in identifying key items of note for consideration in the acquisition.
  • Prepares final memos for distribution to the project team
  • Participates in standing meetings to discuss open items and issues identified during the diligence review process
  • Researches and develops a thorough understanding of the company’s processes as it relates to the revenue cycle along with organizational structure
  • Travel to acquisition to complete diligence items as necessary
  • Other duties as assigned.

Position Requirements

Education, Experience and Certification

  • Bachelor’s Degree in business administration, finance or accounting, healthcare management
  • 2+ years experience in multiple sectors of home based or community based services such as homecare, home health, hospice, community living, etc.
  • Advanced knowledge of the revenue cycle

  • Highly motivated, reliable individual with a strong work ethic
  • Ability to effectively and professionally communicate (verbal and written) with all levels of personnel internal and external to the company
