As a(n) National Director of Family LIving you will: 

Grow foster care and home health business across the National.  Data analysis, market analysis and provide recommendations on where to grow foster care.  Responsible for the execution of building the support team platform to ensure growth.

Essential Responsibilities/Job Duties

  • Implements program core growth strategy on a National level to maintain and increase census, maximizes utilization and occupancy percentages and drives new start development.
  • Responsible for the financial performance of the Foster care and Host Home national budget.
  • Oversees program quality enhancement and develops program plans.
  • Directs and supervises Foster Care Program Directors to ensure quality of services delivered and compliance with regulatory requirements.

Position Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree is required. Master's Degree is preferred.
  • 10 years management experience required
  • 5 years senior management experience in the healthcare field or similar qualifications from other industries
  • Ability for strategic management at an executive level
  • Working knowledge of Residential Services industry
  • Knowledge of financial and business principles with previous profit and loss responsibility
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to develop functional teams in multi-site operations and possess excellent public relations skills
