Performance Coordinator - RWS Responsibilities

Reports to: Project Director

Key Responsibilities:

  • Readily read and understand new regulations and rules of Workforce Services programs.
  • Attend training and conferences as appropriate.
  • Make sure team members understand expectations and priorities for the office and the individual expectations.
  • Adhere to established company policies and procedures and support all programs.
  • Review the Kronos Reports for accuracy prior to submitting to management. This includes clocking in and out on time, timesheets match Kronos system, timesheets are signed by all parties, no unapproved overtime, and all appropriate forms are attached to time sheet when submitted.
  • Provide guidance and leadership to Program Managers and Supervisors.
  • Provide weekly reoprts on performance to Project Director, Program Managers, Supervisors, and Leadership Team.
  • Verify performance data.
  • Welcome and address job seeker complains as they occur, fairly and with good job seeker service as a guide, and consistently with no more than three valid complaints per review period and no more than two valid complaints on one individual employee.
  • Use a considerate and tactful approach in delivery of services.
  • Respond to identified/reported job seeker complaints in a timely manner and document the outcomes.
  • Exhibit support of the project vision of providing RAYS customer service based on ResCares LEGACY Standards.
  • Ensure verbal and non verbal communications are professional and tactful.
  • Prioritize to complete all assigned tasts by scheduled deadlines.
  • Make effective use of time, materials, and resources by planning, scheduling and organizing work.
  • Utilze time wisely and effectively for business related activity. Arrive on time for all meetings and internal and external trainings.  Effectively utilize Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook) to ensure management of time.
  • Develop and maintain effective work relationships.
  • Contribute to team tasks and projects.

Specific Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university, plus 2 years related experience.  
  • Experience in data entry, Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook) and State data systems such as ACCENT.
  • Knowledge in Workforce Programs – TANF, WIOA, SNAP, TAA, ES/UI, applicable Workforce Services programs.
