As a(n) Performance Tracking Specialist you will: 

  • Responsible for continuous quality improvement through the ongoing analysis of information, obtained from a variety of sources, including performance, financial, and demographic data. 
  • Monitor database used to track placements and develop procedure manuals for tracking placements.
  • Produce monthly reports analyzing placements from the various sites as compared to contract requirements and renention milestones reported for each site.
  • Produce quarterly report of findings and maintain corrective action log.
  • Provide guidance and leadership to managers and supervisors. Provide weekly reports on performance to leadership team as assigned.
  • Other duties as assigned

Position Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required and t least 3 years experience analyzing data and producing reports or equivilent combination of education and experience
  • Experience conducting trainings on policies and procedures
  • Demonstrated ability to maintain a high level of accuracy in preparing and entering information 

Additional Information

Experience working in Workforce Development (WIOA specifically) and/or Salesforce.
