Program Coordinator (ICF) Responsibilities
  • Oversee delivery of individual support services
  • Supervise personnel to achieve service, clinical and financial objectives within general resource and reimbursement models.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements through quality assurance objectives.
  • Ensure coordination of all therapy and programmatic services.
  • Develop waiting list for potential vacancies.
  • Demonstrate knowledge of contractual, legal, and regulatory requirements.
  • Monitor to ensure delivery of all services in accordance with contractual, legal and regulatory requirements.
  • Implement and coordinate any necessary plans of correction from a regulatory body.
  • Monitor and supervise delivery of service plans and personal futures plan and training of staff.
  • Maintain financial spending within limits of approved budget for department.
  • Monitor compliance with health and safety programs.
  • Specific Requirements

  • Working knowledge of federal, state and local regulations concerning services to individuals with intellectual or developmental disabilities.
  • Ability to demonstrate good organizational skills and attention to detail, proven supervisory skills, and be capable of working flexible hours, covering direct care shifts as necessary.
  • Experience in managing systems, processes and people.
  • Bachelor's degree in business, healthcare administration, social services or related field; high school diploma and three years of related job experience may be substituted per area regulations.
  • Minimum of two years of experience working directly with people who have an intellectual or developmental disability.
  • Valid and current CPR certification.
  • Valid and current driver's license.
  • One year supervisory experience preferred.
