As a(n) QA Support Professional you will: 

  • Reviews case notes and files to ensure compliance with contractual requirements; recommends actions and activities to ensure quality documentation and processes; conducts training with staff; assists in the implementation of Quality Assurance corrective action plans as requested.
  • Essential Job Responsibilities:
  • Review of case files and client documentation, with focus on quality and content.
  • Recommend quality improvement activities and action items related to documentation of client-related information.
  • Present consistent feedback to management regarding areas that need improvement.
  • Determine and recommend quality assurance related corrective action to supervisor.
  • Provide to staff 1:1 and group training related to high quality documentation of services provided to clients and other documents in the client files.
  • Follow-up on previously implemented QA corrective action plans.
  • Data entry of client-related documents in the state’s required database.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Position Requirements

  • High School Diploma required; AA degree or higher preferred.
  • Minimum 1 year full time experience in the program to be monitored, with proven skills in writing thorough, grammatically correct client-related documentation.
  • Exceptional ability to review and accurately edit client-related documentation of other individuals.
  • Excellent computer skills including Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Access.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to design and deliver presentations and programs.
  • Knowledge of the principles, practices, methods and techniques of
  • Quality Management preferred
