As a(n) Quality Assurance Analyst you will: 

  • Record, compile and analyze performance information to ensure contract compliance.
  • Develop and implement corrective action plans as needed.
  • Oversee the design, generation and analysis of performance reports.
  • Evaluate internal reports and provide the Director all required monitoring documents on time.
  • Review operational procedures and processes for continuous quality improvement.
  • Identify appropriate performance measurements and develop process review checklists for quality control and contract compliance.
  • Identify contractor policy letter requirements and ensure implementation and compliance to those requirements.
  • Implement a continuous quality improvement process through the continuing review of operations and administrative systems consistent with County WIB Certification Standards and ResCare's Best In Class (BIS) Initiatives.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Position Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university, or equivalent related experience.
  • Prior experience in quality control or performance of program and financial audits, evaluations and monitoring of employment & training programs desired.
  • Knowledge of applicable WIA federal, state and local rules and regulations.

• Case file review• Write, review and/or update Quality Improvement plan items• Organize and participate in administrative Quality Committee (five per year)• Present consistent feedback to management regarding areas that need improvement• Determine and recommend corrective action in weekly reports to Project Director• Follow up on previously implemented corrective action plans• Score 3.75 average on survey instruments• Maintain client complaint log and ensure clients are responded to within 24 hours of contact• Promptly establish corrective action plans
