Quality Assurance Manager - WFS Responsibilities

Oversees the quality assurance activities of the programs supervises any quality assurance analysts. Monitors the development and implementation of the Quality Improvement System and assists with the development of future refinement of the program’s standard operating procedures. Identifies strategies to improve program monitoring activities, Conducts quality assurance reviews under the contracts; generates reports and implements corrective actions. Provides technical assistance as assigned to unfavorable external customer monitoring, external audits or internal reviews regarding project compliance.

  • Conduct Quality assurance and operational reviews; generate reports; identify desirable corrective and preventative actions.
  • Establish and maintain corrective action plans and follow up on corrective action plans to ensure timely close out of identified issues.
  • Execute administrative procedures
  • Develop program wide quality assurance plan including establishing committees.
  • Develop and refine standard operating procedures.
  • Administer and supervise ongoing client satisfaction surveys.
  • Monitor and report on incidents and emergency transfers.
  • Other duties as assigned

Specific Requirements

  • Master’s degree or higher in related field
  • CWDP helpful
  • Minimum 3 years experience in Quality Management
  • Project management experience
  • Knowledge of the principles, practices, methods and techniques of Quality management.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to design and deliver presentations and programs.
  • 3 years experience conducting quality assurance and continuous improvement activities, including conducting audits and developing quality improvement action plans.

Additional Information

This position is located in Cleburne but may have a possible flexibility to be housed at other locations within the Workforce Development Area (the 14 counties that surround the Tarrant and Dallas counties).
