Student Records Manager Responsibilities
  • Manages the Records department.
  • Communicates with Recruiter and DOL to ensure the contract requirements of student on-board strength.
  • Assigns new students and schedules travel.
  • Administers and complies with PRH requirements pertaining to student records.
  • Explains allowances and allotment leaves to new students.
  • Ensures accuracy of data entry to maintain student finances.
  • Compiles data center operations and terminations reports.
  • Collects student records including confidential records upon students termination from the program.
  • Oversees transportation for all students leaves, transfers, and terminations.
  • Reconciles OMS data to ensure accuracy of reports.
  • Other duties as assigned

Specific Requirements

  • Associates Degree preferred; High School or GED required.
  • PC skills are required in Microsoft Outlook (email) and software programs pertaining to Records Administration.
  • Knowledge of DOL and ResCare record keeping requirements are essential.
