As a(n) Training Director you will: 

  • Evaluating the effectiveness of all learning programs and ensure a standardized learning curriculum across all lines of business
  • Knowing the needs of all operations and ensuring training decisions are made in the best interests of our operations
  • Leading our training design team in the development of high-impact company-specific learning courses
  • Partnering with leadership to ensure that all training meets our company
  • Best-in-Class and regulatory standards
  • Owning any modifications to technical, clinical, and skilled training courses
  • Staying current with industry/sector trends and best practices
  • Working with operational leadership to ensure training execution
  • Ensuring that our Human Resources function is fully aligned with operations on our various field-focused initiatives
  • Works collaboratively with all lines of business.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Position Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree required.
  • Minimum four years demonstrated success with increasing responsibility and various assignments in learning and development: program management, instructional design, training delivery, performance improvement, leadership development.
  • Position requires people management responsibility.
  • Proven ability to effectively communicate and interact with all levels of the organization including senior leadership is required.
  • Change management and team development required.
  • Strong project management skills.
  • Preferred: Healthcare training development experience.
